- Are you a helper who loves to make others feel good about themselves to the detriment of your own wellbeing?
- Are you uncertain how to discern between the person who will give you a healthy, reciprocal relationship from one who is going to become a drain on your personal resources?
In this workshop you will learn how to stay in a place of personal power and choose relationships that support you in being firmly connected to yourself. In exploring belief systems that underlie these repetitive patterns of dysfunction in relationships, insight and change will unfold. Sometimes these are romantic relationships, other times they manifest in friends or business associates.
Within every family system, there are people who have been disrespected, forgotten, excluded or disregarded. When this occurs, there is a ripple effect within the family and another family member, out of love for the unacknowledged person, subconsciously takes on the fate of that person. Unconscious family patterns are repeatedly handed down from generation to generation.
What we are addressing in Family Constellations are the repetitive patterns (emotional or physical) in life that happen for unidentifiable reasons or remain stuck even with years of psychotherapy or healing work. Continual examination of our issues can result in an intellectual understanding that doesn’t effect an actual change in the identified behavior or mindset.

Reiki is a Japanese word representing Universal Life Energy, the life force imbued in every living thing. Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho is a Japanese healing art that originated with Dr. Mikao Usui in the late 1800’s. Reiki is a practical tool for physical and emotional first-aid and is applied through light placement of the hands on the body (fully clothed).
When used on a daily basis, Reiki accelerates the body’s ability to heal and opens the mind and spirit to releasing the causes of disease and pain. As spiritual support, Reiki is ideal for those who want the ability to move gracefully through life’s joys and challenges. Reiki provides all of us with the means of maintaining balance in our own lives and in assisting our families and friends.
Class dates are: Thursday and Friday 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
